Ameri-Dry did a wonderful job. Mike explained everything to us before the work was done. Keith and his crew were amazing. They worked very hard and complete all the work without incident and on time. I highly recommend Ameri-Dry Waterproofing!

Ameri-Dry sent Keith & Derek to my home to install their system which will keep my basement dry. These gentlemen, & their employees, were hard working & efficient! All of the men were polite & courteous. These men raise the bar for all contractors to meet! They are the ideal home improvement contractors! Thank you Keith, Derek, & Ameri-Dry!

Keith did a nice job of installing a french drain and sump pump. The work was started on time was done in a professional manner. I would use the company again (but shouldn’t need to!)

From a workmanship standpoint, these guys easily deserve top rating in addressing the water in my basement issue! It was a little difficult at first to schedule an exact date due to the heavy rain and flooding in the area. Then they brought up a crew from TN to address the workload which shows their dedication. Top quality work finished in 2 days. Not a fan of their answering service, but they still deserve all 5 stars. :)

We signed our contract on oct 4th. It took almost 2 weeks to get someone to call us back to set up the appointment. Which was on Oct 29th. On that day the contractors that were sent out seemed confused at to why I had no exterior entry to my crawlspace. Come to find out they sent out the wrong crew, with the wrong equipment. And got our work order mixed up with another clients. It took several days of me calling back with no call backs to find out what happened and that they needed more time to do the work, and to find some way to fix me in. It's not the middle of November, and no call back as to when they will come out, now they are talking about how they might have undercharged us. So I get bumped up to someone higher in the management chain. He seemed unapologetic That they have waisted so much time trying to get back to us, and that they might have messed up our quote. He also questioned the contract details, seemed like he never took the time to pull the contract to go over it with me. He also mentioned he "might" work with us on the price, but guaranteed that it wouldn't be more than what we signed for. So I set up a reinspection with him to come out and reevaluate our crawlspace. That was supposed to be on Nov 19th. He no-called, no-showed. So I called the next day, again seemed unapologetic that he made this mistake. And stated he'd call me back later that day, but he didn't. So I called again, and he still wouldn't confirm that we should get a discount for all the trouble. He had to see the crawlspace before he "might" do it. He blamed the fact that there were things out of his control due to "Personal & Employee" related issues(not going to go into details on that), which I understand, but it's no excuse since we had been going through this for almost TWO MONTHS. Some of the things he said should never be said to a customer. So If this company is going to be like this I don't see any point in working with them.
