We are thrilled with our new roof. Luke from Rhino was extremly professional and thorough. He worked directly with the insurance company and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the quality of the work was exceptional. I spoke to a couple of companies; I was very comfortable w/ Lou when he came to my home. He was very personable, courteous, professional, and patient with my inquiring and explaining the process to me. They did a great ,beautiful job on my roof and the cleanup, making sure that all the supplies and leftovers, no Nails, everything was cleaned up very nicely. They finished my roof in one day which is great. Because of the damage to my roof and ceiling, another two days was spent on my ceiling where the popcorn was removed. The worker laid down plastic & moved all the popcorn out, but my discouragement was that I really felt like he should've bought a Shop-vac. He left piles of popcorn on top of my cabinets, in the corners of my house & on furniture, some paint droppings of paint on my hardwood floors, counters, and blinds. It bothered me because he should have brought a Shop-Vac and the fact that I work afternoons to nights and don't have the time to be cleaning up after someone's mess. I know they told me that it would be dusty & messy but I didn't know it was going to be left for me to do on my time. But in the end, even though it's taken me at least a week to clean up & wash down, I'm just glad it's finished, and it looks nice. The gentleman was professional and courteous & trustworthy, & I felt comfortable with him in my home.

After searching around and receiving multiple estimates from numerous roofing companies for a full roof replacement, Rhino Roofing was the best choice. They were responsive to my service call and were genuinely concerned with the safety of my family. They offered competitively priced estimates and also offer interior repairs. The roofers were quick yet, they managed to to keep the work area clean at the end of the day. Great experience and very professional company.
