I was a little hesitant to get my roof done because of the cost and the anticipated headache. After several visits from their sales manager, I finally scheduled an appointment. From start to finish, they were communicative and response. They explained the process and made it easy to understand the processes. I was in control the entire time. Their customer service was impeccable and the entire team was extremely professional and efficient. The DAY of the construction (Yes it took ONE DAY), the roofers showed up early and eager to get started. I was absolutely amazed at how quickly it went up and what a great job they did. Donna was great to work with and she really cares about her customers and their experience. Donna kept up posted through the whole process and was there start to finish. I would recommend Donna to my family and friends without hesitation. The work was completed quickly and workers were diligent and cleaned up as if they were never there. Only questionable thing is the tact and empathy of the general manager Sara when you have an issue. She was quick to place blame and had no care or concern for what we were dealing with.

Jeff Olson was awesome! With his help, the process was easy and painless. He was readily available to answer any questions along the way. I highly recommend Best Choice Roofing!!!!! The installation was completed in one day and it looks great. I am extremely happy with the final project. My roof looks wonderful!!!!!

After 3 companies told me my roof needed to be replaced, I had Mr. Damon come to my property to do an inspection. He told me that the roof did not need to be replaced, that I only a repair around the chimney. He also helped me (free of charge) to find a company that would take care of the small repair. I couldn't ask for a more honest person to assist in protecting my home. When it's time to replace my roof, I will be calling Mr. Damon to help once again. I had an awesome experience with BCR. They worked with my insurance company & I only had to pay my deductible. It was great to not have that headache of someone trying to overcharge me or try to sell me what I didn’t need. Donna was awesome with the whole process in explaining everything & always available when needed. The install was quick & thorough, no surprises. I would recommend them to anyone.
