Originally they did my roof and my neighbors 21 years ago (Swanson) I was pleased with the work at that time. Now they don't call back at all. I have leaks and of course I would pay to fix. Swanson ignored my calls last year I left numerous messages. Called this year tried the partner and never received a call back. Very discouraging and disappointing to actually have used this company and they don't seem to care about their previous customers.

I feel that their pricing is fair and the work done was good. They were able to hunt down a few leaks originating in my tile roof and ending up in a flat roofed portion of my house. When the time comes to replace my roof, I will be giving them a call.

The owner was extremely rude to me over the phone and was very vulgar! I'm not even kidding! This company needs to learn professionalism and to treat their customers with respect. Needless to say I did not hire him!
