Had them install a new shingle roof on our house and new flat roof on the adjoining porch 2 1/2 years ago. Since then when a heavy downpour occurs water starts entering our fireplace which is where the two roofs meet, and last week started pouring out of a spotlight in the living room in front of the fireplace. Over the last year they sent somone out a few times but the leak always returns when there is a heavy downpour. Now they no longer return my calls after the secretary says she will have someone call me back. The same thing happened to a friend of mine that I unfortunately referred them to. He ended up patching the leak himself. Reading some of the other reviews I should have used another roofing company. I will now have to get a estimate from someone else to repair what wasn't done correctly the first time and take legal action to recover the cost of the repairs. Not a way to do business. Update 5-30-19. Saint Lucie Roofing repaired the area of the leak that was done incorrectly by Taylor Roofing. Another $1500 later and finally no more leaks.

They did an excellent job with my new roof. Great crew! Great price! Great service! The only roofer that I will work with.
