Absolutely terrible! I practically begged them to take my money and they didn't even have the common decency to let me know whether they wanted to do the job or not. That's all I was asking. He's (owner) got an answering machine that says "I know you hate talking into these things" no what I hate is talking into these leaving messages and you never call me back. One time a lady answered the phone and said oh he ran up to the store, I'll have him call you when he gets back, and he never called me, he's never called me back even to this day. If he wouldn't take my money before he did the job I'm so glad I didn't give him any money up front because they would have never gotten back with me if I needed them. Thank God they were very unprofessional at the beggining and I didn't use them only to be screwed in the end. It must be nice to have enough work that you can just ignore customers.

They did my roof. Instead of fixing the awning they cut it off, now when it rains it comes inside the house. Worst company ever!

Can't thank Denise and his crew enough for the wonderful job. No issues the cleanest roof replacement I've ever seen. Sincerely Johannes H. Waart
