We have a beautiful new roof thanks to Jasper Contractors and our wonderful representative, Charlie! Charlie made the whole process very easy for us; he met with our insurance company, made the phone calls, handled the paperwork, and took care of all the details! When I had a list of questions a mile long, he patiently answered each one in detail. Charlie is professional and thorough; he walked us through the complete process making sure each step went seamlessly. He went out of his way to make everything very easy for us! I would highly recommend Jasper and Charlie!! Thanks so much!!

Great experience with Jasper Roofing! Dan Earl was amazing. Very knowledgeable, great communication, walked us through the process, answered all our questions. The crew was awesome! Cleaned up everything, we had no issues. Also Mike was great. Mike And Earl both came out after install to make sure everything was done right and to make sure we were happy. A+! Roof looks Amazing!

Max and Jasper Roofing was amazing. They walked me through the process, very thorough and timely. I am 9 month pregnant and they were able to get everything completely installed in 1/2 day. Max called to check in to make sure I was good with the process. Roof looks great, glad I upgraded!

So I rent a location where Jasper recently replaced the roof. I don't know that I'll be around long enough to see the quality of the roofing job done, however, I will say that I am impressed. Everyone I interacted with was really friendly, the job was done in one day and they even fixed a few little things that I felt went above and beyond. Thanks guys.

Absolutely terrible experience with this roofing company... They showed up and began ripping off the roof around 6am without the courtesy of a knock on the door. They tore off my roof in the rain, trashed my neighbor's yard and mine, left nails in my driveway, ruined my plants, and they tried to add more charges after the job was done without any notice. To top things off, the roof looks terrible, much worse than before. The people who work here have no scruples. Deceptive billing practices and extremely poor customer service. The customer service manager needs empathy training...
