Even though their bid was in the higher of the other two quotes, my decision was based on their estimator, Angel Suarez. His professionalism as he explained the work I needed to have was the best I have ever experienced over the years of dealing with various contractors. He was soft spoken and it was very clear as to what I needed to have done. As far as the work, it was of the highest quality. The crew were great in getting the job done quickly, did an outstanding and high quality work. There was 100% cleanup, as if they were never at my house and not a nail in my driveway, I had to replace 2 tires when my neighbors replaced their roofs. Great roofing company, they got the job done quick and left our roof looking brand new again. The workers are very hardworking and respectful, it took them 4 days to finish the roof one day was due to the rain, the workers took the time to cover the roof with a tarp. Thanks to the project manager Jorge Cardenas there wasn't any problems getting the roof done.
