Regret the day I answered the door. John Warren missed our insurance inspection. Insurance company ended up canceling our policy. Lots of talk but nothing came of it. I'm sure it worked for some but how many of us fall through the cracks? Update.. 6/2019 In all fairness after my review posted management got in touch with me and made an attempt to rectify the issue. They offered me a discounted package to replace my roof. I did a better option and went that route, but I appreciate them trying.

My experience with Oak Crest Roofing, and their representative, Vicki Showers, was very good. She answered all my questions and addressed any concerns in a professional manner. She explained everything that would be done and was here every step of the way. The crew that came to do my roof was fast, efficient and polite. They did a great job-it looks awesome!

My experience with this company was delightful. Vicky Showers handled our everything from the time we started until the very end. She went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with ALL work that was completed and put us at ease when questions arose throughout the process. Jordan Geis was sent by God to my family. My husband and I had no credit and money to get our roof done. Jordan came utilized his expertise to help us. He was very patient and knowledgeable and now we have a new roof done. We couldn’t not be happier. Jordan, you’re a blessing to us. To anyone who is in a position as we were with no credit and money.
