Minor roof leak to be repaired. Got a discounted quote due to the minor problem. Have a home warranty company. Not sure what happened between the two companies, but after Johnny and the warranty company speaking to each other on the phone, neither of them wanted to deal with each other. Now I'm leaning towards a better understanding from the warranty company's side. Told the warranty company that I would take on the cost with a reimbursement option so that I could get it done. From the time I accepted the contract to the time they came out for the repair was over a month. They did the repair and, before they started. I asked the guys who did it to please take pictures while they were up there so I could show the insurance company for reimbursement. They showed me the pictures on their phone when they were done and said they would send them to the office and the office would email them to me. I never received the pictures. When asked for payment, I explained that I would like the pictures before submitting payment, to which I was threatened with lawyer fees, late fees, a fee for them to go to the clerk of court, and filing a lien on my home if I didn't pay immediately and a numerical list of how pictures were never discussed in the proposal, that they are a roofing company and not photographers, and that I never asked the repairmen to take pictures. Only reason they get 2 stars is because they actually fixed the leak and gave me a small discount, so I figure that's worth something... ....never got the pictures.....
