What a great family owned business, with a great staff and very flexible. Last year in July, I wanted to get my parents roof redone because it was in terrible shape! We used tarp after tarp for 2 years, but it just wasn’t cutting it. And we were slowly approaching hurriacan season. I reached out to Jay at Conway roofing for an estimate he came over same day. At first we were told it would be about a month before work could start (and I appreciated their honesty). But after talking briefly, they fit us in 3 weeks earlier! They finished the roof in no time, even worked some days until it was raining. It was an excellent job that the team did! And the price was not only competitive, but the best around for the quality of work and all included. I strongly recommend Conway Roofing to anyone in need from roof repairs to a completely new roof. They are worth a lot more than 5stars!
I spent some time researching roofers. Conway took there time not to rush such an important task. I counted about ten people involved in the project. The quality is outstanding and the price is more than competitive! Two Thumbs up!!
Best price, they forgot to put the scuppers on my roof. That made all of the rain come inside my house. It took them and the AC people 2 weeks of arguing to diagnose the problem and we had to move all of our belongings into a PODS unit out front and demo all the drywall in our home. We were out of our home for 4 months. They grudgingly covered the cost of repairs, but they did make it right...hence the extra star.
I'm an investor and I've had Conway replace numerous roofs for me over the years. They have always been very good at moving me ahead of other jobs so my rehab projects can move forward quickly. Very nice people and their prices have always been fair. I highly recommend this company!
my realtor referred me to this company - I needed a small hole patched from previous owners satellite dish.. completely overcharged me (but needed it done asap for insurance reasons when purchasing my new home - so partially my fault) however took 4 emails and 3 voicemails to get an invoice emailed (after i paid) so that I could provide to my insurance company as proof that hole was fixed. Shingles don't even match the original roof. Overall, just not thrilled by the ridiculous bill or lack of efficiency of office staff.
