The estimate was within the realm of all others I had but I went with Southeast as it is a family owned company and I felt very comfortable dealing with Caleb and Brandon. They communicated with me as the job progressed Brandon on site almost daily. They cleaned up most days at the end of the day and have been back a couple of times to be sure there are no nails.. my home looks amazing

Southeast replaced my 20 yr old shingle roof recently and did a superb job. They were very responsive and helpful throughout the bid process, making choices, completing the contract, etc. When it came time to do the job they were very efficient and made as little impact on our lives as is possible for this kind of job. Their employees were polite and very professional. They kept the site as clean as possible all during the job and did a thorough cleaning when the job was complete. I found absolutely no debris or nails in the yard afterward. My new roof looks fantastic, I got it for a very fair price, and would heartily recommend Southeast Roofing to anyone needing a new roof.
