Our experience last summer was perfection! The price was competitive / the crew was extremely proficient / our roof is gorgeous - of course! It is difficult today to find experienced contractors that stand by their product and actually perform as they say they will and all of that and more happened for us! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

I have known Brian Bryant since 2012. I needed to replace 5500 square feet of roof along with the insulation. His bid came in the lowest and his references were good, so I went ahead. Not only was the result beautiful, but he actually called and reported to me on the progress each day, a level of service that I had never seen before! Subsequently, the insurance inspector said it was one of the best jobs he had ever seen and I actually got my premium lowered because of it. Also, my electric bills went down. I have had a number of construction jobs done since then, and I wouldn't dream of using anyone else. Brian is incredibly knowledgeable, really pleasant to work with, oversees and signs off on everything himself, has a high bar for workmanship -- and best of all, his integrity is irreproachable. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

I have used Alvis Construction for my rental homes and for my real estate customers. Brian and his team have always done an excellent job and on time which in a real estate sale is very important. I highly recommend them.

This is a great roofing company. I can't say enough good things about the crew. They arrived on time, worked hard, they went above and beyond what I expected, and they cleaned up everyday before leaving. The price was reasonable. They replaced my sons roof 3 years ago, and he was very happy with their work. I have another property that will need a new roof soon, and I will be calling this company to do that work.

Brian is a top notch fellow. Working with him was a pleasure! We have a great looking tile roof at a fair price. As opposed to 2 other top roofers in the Sarasota (Roofing by C**** roofing, B**** Roofing) area where I feel as though they needed boat payments. Sarasota roofing let us down as they started to do repairs on the roof, but was difficult to get them back out to even finish what they started.
