WE were very fortunate to request a roofing estimate from Certified Roofing Solutions. After viewing the issues regarding our roof the gentleman recommended that we file with our insurance company because of the damage he saw and photographed while on our roof. He allowed us to sign a contract for a new roof contingent upon approval by our insurance company. He supplied us with the photos and a written explanation of what he saw and why he was recommending a full replacement which we forwarded to our insurance company. After the insurance companies inspection they agreed with the recommendation of a roof replacement due to wind damage.. Within 3 weeks the crew started working on our roof and completed the job in 3 days. The crew was exceptional and very professional while on the job. Even the neighbors were impressed with the replacement and clean up. Everyone we came in contact with directly and on the phone were awesome in their professional attitude and warm personalities. Certified roofing is an awesome roofing company. They were the only company willing to come out in pouring rain and deal with my emergency roof leak. The other companies I called would tentatively schedule me in for a two week waiting period. If water is coming in, obviously that is not helpful. This company was extremely professional and their repair was exemplary. They even responded on Sunday night. I would highly recommend Certified Roofing for you roofing needs.
