Awesome place to do business with.

I don’t do reviews often but felt obliged to for CRM and specifically John Tyson. While going through the process of looking at metal roofs, John was informative and professional. John provided a fair and reasonable quote around a roof based on the wants/needs of my wife and I. With that said, we decided to take on the task with a friend who is experienced with roofing. What speaks to most to John and CRM is that even after informing John of my decision, he was fully supportive and even went on to provide me with advice and things I need to do to make sure I was going about it the right way. IMO this was by no means was this a shallow attempt to discourage my decision but rather to simply provide help. If I hadn’t had the resource of a friend with experience, I would have moved forward with John and CRM.

I had moisture on my floor. At first, we suspected it may be coming from the roof. Mike and Mike checked the roof and found nothing wrong. They made some suggestions as to other issues that might be causing the problem. They were very honest, they did not need to do any repairs, and no charge for the visit. I will definitely call them for future inspections or repairs.

I am very pleased with the roof CRM installed on my house. From the initial phone call to the completion of the job everything was handled professionally. I had obtained several quotes and there was no comparison. Not only was CRM’s pricing fair their quoted metal roofing materials were of superior quality versus all others. The week of install I was impressed with CRM’s roofing crews. They were efficient and effective while being very hardworking. The installers paid very close attention to detail ensuring each panel was 100% before moving on to the next one. Anyone looking to install a new roof or replace an old one would be very pleased with CRM South.
