Absolutely terrible!! In the beginning Craig Katz was great but he is no longer with Rhyne and didn't do the job. They took months (8+) to do a simple shingle roof, after the new roof was installed it leaked into the house,, then they took weeks longer to fix it. The job was sloppy as hell. Several failed inspections before it finally passed. Several other problems, too many to list here. They are all that people are afraid of when hiring a contractor. Storm chasers out of Orlando. Owners talk a good game but in the end, no help at all. Probably going to litigation.

Craig kaatz, did a professionally job with my roof. I am giving him much praise for living up to everything he promised me from start to finish. The cleanup and assistance with my insurance company was so very helpful for this senior. Thank you for restoring my roof and my trust in humankind.
