A. Jones and his team are courteous, timely and appear competent, however the quality of their work is suspect as is their desire to honor their warranty. I employed A. Jones to fix a small leak in my tile roof. The repair lasted 10 months. I've been trying to have the leak fixed and the two year warranty honored for over 8 weeks. Disappointing sums up my experience.
