Three years go by after it was completed and I discovered a shingle was delaminating. I was worried it was going to be a warranty deal with the tile company. It has since taken several more visits to try to pinpoint the problem, but Mr. Albright has been consistently professional and understanding, and stands by their work product. His employees are outstanding as well. My roof is pretty old, and Mr. Albright could have told me it needs replacing, but he is very honest and said that overall my roof is in good shape and only needed a minor fix.
