These guys are good and at a reasonable price. I told them they could use photos of my roof cleaning if they wanted to. They took great care in getting a "very dirty roof" (concrete tile) clean. I was putting the house on the market and he quickly scheduled my roof cleaning to help me out. Two days on the market and I had an offer....probably because my roof looked so awesome in comparison to the the surrounding roofs!

Although Superior Peaks is more pricey than others, Anthony did a SUPERIOR job. I was worried because we have a tile roof. Anthony went above and beyond. Cleaned areas that we did not initially discuss and did not charge me more. The roof and house look fantastic. I wanted to paint the exterior of the house before. I no longer feel like I need to. Well worth the extra money!

Very reasonably priced. Prompt response. On time for appointment and excellent workmanship. Extremely diligent and courteous customer service. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent job by Anthony. The roof looks brand new, and they were very careful to keep the landscaping wet to prevent damage. Anthony is super friendly, easy to work with, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The best part is that I don’t have to worry about the roof for 5 years!

They came to give me an estimate 20 minutes after I contacted them. And this was on a Saturday. Very courteous and helpful. Tuesday they cleaned my roof and I am very happy with their work. Cleaned up afterwards and house looks great
