Update: Lance called me back later that evening and explained that he ran into many situations and missed my appointment. Soon afterwards, he went to the project site, checked the roof and covered the active leak with tarp. He then sent me the estimate, which I thought was fairly priced... I am still waiting for them to complete the job, which is scheduled for late February. For now, given what they have done, I think it's fair to update my review from one star to four. I will update again when they finish the job. Initial review: Called them two weeks ago to schedule estimate. Well, they are busy just like most roofers in this area after Hurricane Michael, so I waited two weeks for my appointment. The day before the appointment they sent me a text reminding me about my appointment with their roofer name Lance, so I was there on time, only to wait 20 minutes and no one showed up. While waiting, I kept trying calling Lance and their office number. I could not reach Lance, then, after checking with the office a couple of times, the office phone was no longer picked up. A couple of hours passed, nobody ever called back. So I can't say whether they are good roofers or not, but the service is so unprofessional!
