These folks don’t value small jobs the same as the larger ones. Requested an estimate one month ago for gutter installation on a large gazebo because the run-off was flooding my patio. After excepting the assessment and the original estimate, I had to call them twice after two weeks of nothing to keep things going. The owner called and told me that someone would be out the very next week after stating that the weather had prevented the install. Well, another week of beautiful weather has passed and I receive a revised estimate that is $250 more than the original....still NO GUTTERS!!!

Really AWESOME, quote was inline with others and lower than some. The estimate was very accurate and the installation was professional. The guys cleaned the areas prior to install and asked my opinion of appearance to make me feel comfortable. I do love the seemless gutters! In quote they provided proof of insurance which none of the others did. When I accepted the quote the job was scheduled for the next week and the guys showed up on time. I received quotes from others, I was told they sub out the job to GA Gutters so why not go to them directly! Thank you all I appreciate it very much. As a single woman it is good to know reputable companies exist.

After reading many reviews for Georgia Gutter Service LLC I decided to call them for an estimate. Tim called me and explained that all estimates will be emailed to me. He set up an appointment for Tyler to come out the same afternoon. Tyler came out to take measurements and pictures and said Timothy would get back with me on estimate. After 2 days I called Tim to get estimate price. He sent later that afternoon. The price was great but I needed to have a personal conversation with him to ask about the benefits of each gutter cover. Therefore, leaving a message for him to return my call. Rather, Tim sent me pre- prepared information describing the 4 types of gutter covers available. I replied in writing telling him that I needed more of a personalized plan since someone had already come out to measure and that if he could, please call me. Please note that the information Tim sent was general to any and all homes. My intentions were to contract Georgia Gutter for the job with an understanding of the procedure and confirmation of a date. Not only did he neglect my phone request but also any written confirmation. Four days later Tyler called to answer questions that he could not answer when at my home for measurements. I explained that I was extremely disappointed with the lack of Tom’s response. I had already contracted with someone else at this point. The communication was lack with this company. I personally will never call them again for service. Tyler is a young man trying to get started in the business and he tried to make good for Tim’s slackness; whereas Tim could have resolved any and all questions with a phone call. The company lost out after I secured the job with another reputable company for $3,000+.

Any other gutter service is better than this one. They misled me about the work that needed to be done, but I didn't know that at first and signed the quote. The first time they came out the work was rushed and very bad. The gutters weren't even attached to the house. So they came out a second time and "fixed" them. The gutters are now attached, but they're placed over cables and there's dirt pooling behind them. So the owner comes out the third time and tells me these were issues that needed to be addressed and he would send a fourth guy out here. The fourth guy shows up and tells me none of these were issues and that there was nothing he was going to do to remedy the situation. All of this was coupled with complete lack of communication (that they had the gall to tell me was my fault), no punctuality, no knowledge and a complete lack of professionalism. These guys smoked and played loud music. The people showed up whenever they wanted to without informing me or telling me. They never called. They didn't know what they were supposed to do when they got here. They told me I didn't have to be home when they came, but then needed to use my outlets and needed me to tell them what the job consisted of even though I already signed a contract listing exactly what needed to be done. And then when I complained they told me the gutters couldn't be remedied the way they needed to because I live in an area with lots of trees and there were limitations to how gutters can be placed (even though I specifically was told the gutter replacement they were doing would fix these issues.) So I gave up after the fourth attempt. The gutters are still not proper, but I don't care anymore. I want nothing to do with this company anymore. The few dollars I would have saved using them are completely nullified by the fact that I'll probably have to have the gutters redone again in a few years. And they didn't deserve a cent of what they eventually got. So go anywhere else. Save yourself the money, trouble and headache. These people don't know what they're doing.

Everything was going smoothly at first. Very attentive and communicative. Wanted to go ahead with the process, was sent a quote and signed I agreed to the quote. Never received a confirmation email or call after agreeing to the quote if/when the work would be completed. I made a follow up call to see when the work would be able to be completed and if they could do the job. I was told they were slammed, busy, and would not be able to get the job done when it was needed, so I informed the operations manager I no longer would need their services, but if they could get it done in a timely manner; to please let me know. Was reassured that if possible that they would come out sooner than later; I would be contacted. Was also told if I could have another company do the job, have them do it. This conversation happened this past Tuesday, I had a different company come out and do the work which was completed on a Thursday. I received a call Friday morning saying that he forgot to call me throughout the week, but they can do the job Friday (today/the same day of the follow-up call), I informed the manager that the job was completed but thank you for following up. I then received a threatening call from an associate who handled the situation terribly, and wants to try and charge me for the supplies they purchased and their poor scheduling and confirmation process. Utterly disgraced with the professionalism, and communication of this company. Feel mislead, and like they are trying to take advantage of people's situations.
