I had the exact same experience that Bobbi Maiers commented on below. Called today for a quote and was met with a total attitude. He said he'd charge for an estimate because the real estate market was peaking and that he doesn't have time to run around giving free estimates that realtors suggest. He also made the comment: "I bet, actually, I would hope that we would be higher than the other bid you got. People wait months to get their roof replaced by us." After I tried to explain that I wasn't just getting a quote for the heck of it and that we really do want the roof replaced as soon as possible, he accused me of cutting him off and said that he wouldn't want to service this project anyway. Surprisingly rude and arrogant for $20k projects to lose out on. I would NEVER recommend this company.
