Contacted and contracted to repair roofing. They came back once for warranty repair and when we asked them to come out again we were told, "we're not waiting around in our office for you to call". Gave lame excuses about waiting for it not to rain because of liability issues, and waiting for a "window" of dryness to get on the roof again when hours of "dry time" were available to come and inspect the roof. We were actually wanting a quote to fully replace the damaged area but were abruptly told they would issue a refund of material cost. Its hard to contact their office and they rarely return your phone call promptly.
