Randy answers his phone. Within a couple of hours he was at my home to inspect a branch that had just gone through my roof. He was able to properly repair my roof at that time. He is professional, excellent communicator, and his workmanship is outstanding. Price was very fair.

I had several contractors come out to give me estimates for replacing skylights in my condo, Randy was the only one that went on the roof to inspect the skylights. I would have thought everyone would have done that. Randy explained what was going on with the skylights and sent me pictures of what he saw from the roof. The condo is my rental unit and I don't live in Atlanta. Randy kept me updated on the status of everything even though I am 800 miles away. Once the job was complete Randy sent me several pictures of the completed work. The pricing of their services was very fair and was lower than some of the other quotes I received. Since I don't live in Atlanta most of the work done on my condo is done by contractors. Some of them I have used over the years for various projects I wouldn't use again but I would definitely give Abbott Brothers a call back if I ever need their services again.
