It is a long story in short. The estimate free quote visit was very smooth and knowledgeable guy; The actual installer came in time and worked at winter cold time, but missed a few key points and broke my window frame; Sent pictures to Boise Gutter and inquiry how to resolve it; The owner and office lady were very nice and professional; installed a new window for me and offer all the corrections plus some extra installations.
