Called and setup an appointment 2 days prior. Asked Charlie if he Serviced Florence and he said yes. Called morning of appointment to confirm time. He said it was way the hell out there and he couldn’t make it the day of the appointment. If you make an appointment and tell someone you service an area then be a man of your word and follow through! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Charlie and his team did a wonderful job replacing the shingle roof on our 1950's rental. It looks stunning!

S & R Roofing came highly recommended from friends. Our roof started to leak in several places prior to a vacation we had planned where we would be gone for three weeks overseas. Charlie came out and gave us a quote. My husband was impressed with the "drone" he used BUT more importantly the product that Charlie was going to use for the under-layment. When it came time to book the job, it was when we would be gone. I told him my concern of not being here and the possibility of raining and the leaking into the house. He was able to "squeeze" the job in and it was done the day we were leaving. I cannot say ENOUGH about Charlie and the crew he had at our home. Every night they cleaned up and there were no nails, woods scaps, felt or any trash at all. I have already recommended him to others. S & R Roofing is the best!

Charlie responded to all of my concerns in a professional manner. His crew did a good job and kept the job site clean. S&R Roofing went the extra mile to make the job very good by doing a few additional tasks that I requested at no additional charge. His crews worked safe and efficiently and completed the project as discussed. I replaced my rolled asphalt roof with a foam room. The foreman for the foam application “Abel” did a great job applying the foam and applied it heavier than agreed upon. All in all, S&R Roofing did a very good job and if I purchase another home in Arizona I will contact them again. Actually when I purchased this home, Charlie was the only one that responded ( to do a roof inspection) even though he and all of the other roofers were busy due to a 100 year storm a few years ago. I kept his number and gave him a call and he beat out 3 other bids I had. Charlie is worth giving a call, I’m glad I did once again.
