In 2018, 123 Exteriors helped us with replacing our roof and siding after storm damage. Erica and team were very helpful every step of the way and explained the complete process. From the first step of assessing the damage cause by the storm, to taking all the photos and notes required to file the insurance claim, Erica was very knowledgeable and professional. After the initial approval from the insurance, we began the process of selecting the replacement materials. This process was also handled very professionally which allowed us to take the time to select the right colors. We even changed our minds a few times. The actual job was scheduled based on daily monitoring of the weather report to avoid any rains. During the replacement work, Erica and the job supervisor Marco would conduct frequent visits to ensure the work was progressing well. Any additional contingency was noted so that the appropriate claim can be made with the insurance. Overall, we were very happy and satisfied with the work done by 123 Exteriors. Working with Dale Haas and his team was great. He made the process of working with our insurance company very easy. Dale kept us informed throughout the process. We had wind damage to our older cedar shake roof. I met with Erica and Dale Haas and was impressed with their outlook and moved forward visiting some homes they did recent work at. Again impressed! We coordinated my claim and we now have a beautiful new roof. Their crews who did the tear down and installation were amazing! Clean neat reliable and experts at cedar roofing! They even repaired a few old facia boards and did a custom job on my dormer window pans!
