Horrible customer service. Won't even return multiple phone calls. Would not give them the time of day!

TJ is one of the best roofers around. He's honest, knowledgeable, and affordable. He's just hard to get because he's so busy from word of mouth business. He has helped me and my clients so much over the years; repairing leaks that no one else could which has me sold!! He is my first call. Highly recommend!!! And you MUST call his cell phone to get a reply.

Called him at least 100 times, never met the guy, left messages and return phone#, dropped him a letter,NO REPLY. Someone must be chasing TOM! Do not waste your time with this character! When you may really need him....NO REPLY.
