He was confident, thorough and took the time to walk us through a presentation outlining step by step the roof replacement process. Sam asked us what our expectations were and I have to say that they FAR EXCEEDED them. Sam, Katie and the crew provided customer service that is unbeatable. They are always available and it is clear that your understanding of the process and satisfaction is their number one priority. The crew arrived at our house on time and I was amazed at how efficiently they worked together to complete our roofing job in just one day. They treated our house as if it were their own. Arch Exteriors just put a new roof on our home, and we are extremely happy with the service and workmanship! The workmen did an outstanding job... they were very professional , polite and knew exactly what they were doing.
