Love my new windows! This is my 3rd job with Thompson Creek and they continue to do great work. The process was very simple and painless. Measure happened very quickly, install date was set promptly and everything went smoothly at my install. Crew arrived around noon and was finished by 3 pm. You would never know they were there except that they left my beautifully installed windows. Thanks Thompson Creek for another great job!

My sales rep, Thomas C, was great. On time, knowledgeable, friendly. My experience with Carl, who came to do final measurements was great as well. He picked up on details that I didn't think about or may have missed in my selections and helped make my final choices perfect! Alana in scheduling was professional and followed up with reminders about install date and time. The installers , Matt, Malachi, and Eric were on time, efficient, professional, friendly, clean, and took time to make sure I knew how to operate my new windows and doors (5 windows and 3 doors). I will definitely use Thompson Creek again when the time comes to replace more windows.

TC was very professional. They presented the product and service. Showed the function of how the windows worked. Answered all of my concerns. Followed the with scheduling. No delays. Measured, Ordered, and Installed without any problems. Pricing for 6 windows was reasonable. Staff was pleasant and easy to work with. Thank you TC. Love my windows .Will order again.

The crew was incredible. They arrived early, imagine that, and got to work immediately. They took great care to cover the floors and to hang plastic sheeting to ensure that the house stayed clean. They even dusted our blinds before we reinstalled them. They did a great job, finished early and the took the time to walk us around to each window to inspect, inside and out, and to show us how the windows operate. All in all I have never been more impressed with service provider than I am with Thompson Creek. They really blew me away. Great job!!

Soo glad I made the decision to order my new windows from Thompson Creek. The quality and workmanship are excellent. Contracted installer worked quickly and did an amazing job. From my initial contact with the customer service reps on the phone, to the final installation--everyone I interacted with on the Thompson Creek team were courteous and professional. Every question was answered and any changes I requested were immediately recorded. I am very happy with my experience and I will definitely be working with Thompson Creek for other upgrades to my home in the very near future. If you're considering Thompson Creek for your new windows--I would highly recommend setting an appointment for the sales rep to come to your home. It's a free consultation and the sales rep is not pushy. Definitely worth it.
