We contacted premiere because one of our customers had requested their need for a roofing contractor. They were very professional, and responded to my customer in an extremely efficient and timely manner.. I'm posting this review because the customer had thanked me for referring them, because of the good experience they had and I just wanted to thank the people and staff over at Premiere for living up to their expectations. It's not common these days to get high quality work, Customer service and Professionalism all Under One Roof. Keep it up guys..

This company was amazing from the start to the end. Customer service was amazing, sales guy was amazing, roofing crew was amazing!!! They kept me fully informed through out the entire process I could not of asked for a better company to replace my roof. Thank you premier. My chimney seal was leaking. I called Premier. I didn’t like that I I had to leave a message because I think all businesses should answer their phones but I received a call back a few days later. I had already called other companies for estimates and had honestly forgotten I called Premier. The woman who called was very friendly and said she could have someone come out same day for a free estimate. I said ok. John Harrison showed up right on time. He was very friendly and professional. He got right up on the roof and checked the problem. He didn’t try to up sell me which was awesome. He left to get materials and had the reseal of the chimney done quickly. It was a tad pricy ( although I’m not very familiar with roofing costs to be honest) but less than the “minimum” charge other companies charge. So, overall I was very happy. I only gave 4 stars because I feel companies should answer their phones. I would recommend this company.
