What a great company to work with! Collin was on top of all of our requests and was very accommodating with scheduling. His crews were friendly and approachable. They went above and beyond to protect our property from damage while they worked. We had a particularly difficult tear off that took longer than expected but his crew worked overtime and managed to get the roof done on schedule. They also removed a chimney and put on gutters with Valor gutter guards. These also turned out beautiful! Just had gutters installed! Been too long hassling with leaves, some put together gutters that were leaking, cleaning, etc. We have a walkout and one spot along the roof line is about 25-30 ft high! We couldn't put regular gutters there because #1 I'm not doing it, and #2 No way to clean them! We have a tremendous amount of leave debris, cottonwood seeds, small sticks, etc. Character Exteriors was only one of the few in Michigan that sold and installed the Valor Gutter Guard system. So, ordered new gutters with this system and wow! House foundation is much drier, water is moving away now instead of toward the home. No more cleaning gutters! Best part, I can stop spending time worrying about water getting under the foundation. Lot of attention to detail, colors matched well, great cleanup. Showed up when they were supposed to!
