Mike was not initially my roofer, he was doing my neighbors roof; I had gone with a very “high-end” well-known roofing company that left me very dissatisfied, and left damage to my house in their wake. Mike and his employees were working next door, and for the better part of the week I observed his work ethic, (he worked Sundays) as well as his general demeanor - both to his employees and the surrounding neighbors. He said “hello” to me one day from the roof-top as I took out my trash, I was pleasantly surprised that he bothered to greet me, as my own roofers didn't even greet or acknowledge me the entire time the worked on my house! Cut to the chase: I asked him one Sunday If I could pay him to fix some damage that my previous roofers left, he happily agreed to take a look and he ultimately worked on my roof for the better part of an hour trying to fix the issue. But most impressively, he refused to take payment! He was just happy to help. Mike was kind, charming and sincere, and I was absolutely determined to write him a glowing review. This kind of professionalism, and generosity is rare, and as a result, it is very hard to impress me, but I was impressed! If you need roofing, use Mike! He is genuinely a good guy, clearly hard-working, and maintains a perpetual smile! Great service! Next time, I will not hesitate to call Mike for roofing!
