I had an issue with the roof, which was "supposedly" fixed by another company from apex I got an appointment within couple of days, John stopped by to check. He said, he has the tools and materials to fix it, and he did so. The rate was very reasonable compared to some other quotes i got. Also, others sent in estimators first time, then schedulers, then technician and so on. B and B was easy to schedule and work with.

I stopped them while they were working in Wilmington repairing roof damage after the hurricane. I had a small issue with a loss of shingles that left my roof with an opening exposed to the weather. Johnathan took the time to come by and check out my problem. Then he came back and fixed it tonight. Can't ask for better service then that. I also met his father and it's nice to see a family business. Good for them.
