Two guys came to inspect our commercial roof, they were very professional and down to earth. They said they would send me a quote. Two weeks later I still had not heard from them, so I call their customer service line only to be told I would receive a call back that I never received. It's now been a month and I've heard nothing back. If you feel like the job isn't worth your time, tell your customers that instead of "ghosting" them.

I recently had a tree fall on my house and had insurance cover a new roof. I got 6 quotes for the work and Baker Roofing was by far the best. They gave me the most straight forward quote that was not over the top high and was not a low ball patch job. The sales professional Mike Foxx was excellent he even talked to me about some of the stuff I needed to get done that I hadn't even thought of. Almost all the other contractors who provided me quotes didn't bother to include items like replacing the skylights or fixing the cedar siding that was damaged and gutters. You don't know what you don't know and it is normal to think a professional who works in the industry is going to be the guy in the know and mention items to customers. But often times they do not and sometimes contractors or whoever will not bother to inform you in order to keep prices down to win the project. Baker Roofing is not that contractor! They are ethical, honest, and shoot straight with the customer. They do awesome work, hand nail the shingles, they work fast and are very efficient. They repaired my siding and painted it to match my house. I would highly recommend Baker Roofing! A+++++

Baker replaced our shingles a few weeks ago. From the initial visit to the final inspection, they proved to be professional, competent, and willing to meet all of our expectations. James supervised the project and made sure I was in the know of each minor detail. My roof has some tricky spots, and they created permanent solutions by re-engineering 3 different places. They even re-shingled our playhouse without that being in the contract! They are not the cheapest, but I rest well knowing that the job was done right.
