Jordan with complete roofing LLC came out and knocked on my door one evening. Immediately I could tell he was honest and would do right by me. After discussing the details we signed a contract for a good amount. I got an upgraded architectural shingle roof system for the price of my insurance. Within the same week our roof was on and they completed the job in one day! The crews did a great clean up, no nails or debris was left in our yard. Jordan held to the price with no surprises or extra costs. We are very pleased and we highly recommend complete roofing LLC to anyone looking for a new roof. Out of all of the contractors we have had to deal with these guys far exceed in the level of professionalism. Jordan was kind, compassionate and patient with us, helping us deal with hurricane Florence damage. He is knowledgable with the insurance process and completely took the weight off of our backs. He also worked with our mortgage company. They really are a Godsend for us, as we had trouble with several other contractors. 5 STARS!!

Impressive that they showed up when they said, did a great job and cleaned up. All were very polite. Price was reasonable considering this followed hurricane Flo. Provided documentation of the fortified roof for our insurance premiums. Definitely recommend. Our roof looks great.

My experience with Complete Roofing was excellent. The quote was within my insurance estimate and held with no surprises. Excellent service and professionalism! Called on a Tuesday morning and had my room installed by Saturday afternoon in the same week. Jordan is a very personable individual with great communication skills about the work being done and what is needing from you. The roof looks amazing! Especially with the architectural shingles that we were upgraded too. Can't beat a 50 year warranty on the labor either..... I would say I would definitely do business with again but I doubt I will have too with the quality of the work provided
