Very knowledgeable. After a horrible experience with another company after Florence, we worked with Paul and Strong Oak to get our entire roof replaced. There were some bumps along the way but Paul made things right in each case. He was here when he said he would be and very responsive. Would use again.

Truly a professional experience from start to finish. He spent time working with my insurance company to ensure my roof was paid for and completed the work within 48 hours. Paul was also at my house most of the time while the work was being completed and not like some contractors. You see them in the beginning and again to collect a payment.
