This is not a reputable company. We have a house with a roof warranty and had a leak. The repair man came out and fixed the leak and then they turned around and charged us. When I called they said that that type of leak wasn’t covered under the warranty and was a maintenance issue but admitted they didn’t know how I was supposed to know that. They also said it wasn’t the repair man’s responsibility to explain to me if the leak was supposed to be covered or not. Renee, who is in charge, has yet to call me back; I left her a message several days ago. The front desk then hung up on me when she couldn’t explain how I was supposed to know if the leak was covered or not before he fixed it. Do not use this roofer, they are unresponsive, unprofessional and unreliable.

The people were very helpful but did not have the discontinued roofing tile on my house in their boneyard.

Chavez Roofing did a wonderful job on my re-roof. They responded promptly, answered all my questions, delivered their estimate quickly and their price was very competitive. The finished roof looks great. Their work was professional, neat and clean. They even went around the yard after the job, picking up the few little nails and tiny shingle scraps that had fallen on the ground during the job, so our yard was left nice and neat. I really recommend these guys.
