Buyer Beware! Carrillo Roofing replaced our roof in 2014. We contacted him when we notice water spots in the ceiling in a different part of the house. Although he was responsive and sent roofers, they blamed the swamp cooler vent. In 2015, when replacing the swamp cooler, the workers noticed shingles falling off the roof and notice zero tar paper. Called Carrillo Roofing again, this time he was less responsive. He reluctantly sent roofers to redo the roof. In 2016 the original leaks returned. Carrillo Roofing did not return any phone calls. A grievance was submitted to the State Licensing. The State said “poor quality work” was not a reason to file a grievance only if he did not follow permit procedures. In 2017, the leaks worsen and required attention. We got quotes from other roofing companies and confirmed the leaks were from poor work and not hail damage. After calling Carrillo Roofing daily for two weeks, he returned the phone call. He sent roofer to repair roof. As the roofers walked on the roof, shingles fell off. After several inspections by his roofers, he replaced the roof for the 3rd time. NOW the leaks have progressed to gushing water when it rains. The ceiling drywall is severally damaged.

An upgrade on Ricardo Carrillo Custom Homes review for moving forward happily to repair the roof leak experienced after rainstorms in the area about a month ago.
