I am extremely disappointed in this company especially Kenny Kemp. My parents used him several years ago and really liked him so now I went to use him again he he was extremely rude and hateful. I call last week and had to leave a message did not get a call back. (Just wanting to get an estimate on our roof) Called again yesterday left message with receptionist who said an estimator will call to schedule N appointment. No call so called back during business hours and got answering machine giving hours, saying closed on Sat, Sun and holidays. This is Tue and not a holiday. Finally Kenny Kemp calls me back and right away starts yelling at me and said they do not go out in the rain. I said I understand and he started in again yelling at me saying they do not go on roofs while it is raining. Again I told him I understand. He just continued yelling and being very rude talking over me. Not once did he ask what he could do for me. I did ask if he wanted me to contact someone else and he said fine and hung up. Would not recommend this company!! Horrible customer service. Extremely disappointed since this was the company I wanted to use and now I have wasted a week. Please do not waste your time with this rude company!

Buyer Beware! This company has terrible customer service. The receptionist is allowed to hang up on people who ask questions. Mr. Kemp who represents Sundance Roofing called me back & threatened me. You have to be a horrible person to work for this company, it's a requirement.

Sundance was prompt in providing a detailed estimate. Their estimate was quite reasonable and they scheduled the job for the following week. My roof replacement was accomplished professionally, and within the estimated time. I learned that the newest man on our crew had been with the company for 17 years. This is a local, family owned company with a long and successful track record in New Mexico. My roof looks great and I would recommend them to my best friend.

I recently had my roof redone by Sundance and they were fantastic! They gave me an accurate estimate that was reasonably priced. All of the employees I not only spoke with but worked on my roof were very professional. Then when the job was done they cleaned up after themselves. I didn't have to lift a finger! Highly recommend!

Best Roofing Company in Albuquerque! They are professional, courteous, honest, very responsive to questions and take the time to make sure you understand the best option for your particular job. They show up when scheduled, pick up after their job is done and leave the site in the same condition in which they found it. I have used Sundance Roofing for many years on all the properties we have, and will continue to do so without hesitation. Too bad other New Mexico companies aren't as professional.
