Their opinion of a scope of work for a roof repair does not include repairing large portions of a roof. Please see the completed "repair." They cut corners and when asked, the owner was nothing but argumentative. I recommended compromise, but then he just argued more. Terrible quality of work and worse customer service. They did manage to coat a solar panel but didn't bother cleaning it up.

We set up an appointment several days in advance to have someone check the roof for some warranty repairs where it was separating from the structure. The day of the appointment we called to double check the time and they had no record of the appointment anywhere. So they ended up coming over while no one was home, they fixed some other parts that needed patched but neglected the separation part of the roof, and told me on the phone that it was "no big deal." The hole created by the separation was 4 feet long and 2 inches wide and clearly visible from the side of the house, therefore the exact opposite of "no big deal." I respectfully and repeatedly asked if the separation was covered under the warranty and if they would be fixing it. Instead of just stating yes and yes they would be out to fix it when there was an opening. I was repeatedly trying to be sold on more work needed elsewhere on the roof, which I agreed but did not have funding for. Then after trying to sell me more work for the fourth time, in which I replied "either the separation is or is not covered under warranty," Rodney then raised his voice with me and again told me the hole in my roof was "not a big deal, that he needed to speak to the landlord." So they spoke the next day and guess what? He tried to sell her the same things he tried to sell me. Turns out she told him the same thing I did almost word for word, and would you know it the following week he was out there and repaired the damn roof. All of this could have been easily taken care of but the way it was handled resulted in this nice comment.

Rodney and his crew were exceptional from start to finish. Our home being almost 15 years old had major issues from the shingles to the framing. Our initial estimate was significantly lower then what we were quoted from other companies in the area. I was pretty concerned with them meeting the discussed budget, but they met my expectations and really delivered in the craftsmanship department. I was really impressed with the attention to detail and how they left my property looking the same as they found it. I highly recommend A New Millennium!

Rodney did an outstanding job on our new roof installation. The crew was polite and courteous and from the estimate to the completed project they kept an open line of communication. What I was impressed with is that they met our budget and they left my house looking like they left it. I will continue to refer family and friends based on the high quality work they did for us.

I made the mistake of calling Millennium thinking I was calling Ex-El; I had purchased a roof from Ex-El many years ago and they had done a yearly maintenance and inspection. A few years ago they formed a merger during a rough spot in the economy, but the M&I from Ex-El always worked out. This time when I called they sent out Mr Rodney who said he would represent Ex-El and do the work. Well he only did half of the M&I and charged the full M&I price $162. On top of that he demanded to be paid on the spot for 15 min of inspection and taking pictures with his phone. He promised to send an inspection report that I never received.
