Dalex did a complete slate tear off on our 5,500 sq foot home and our large pool house. It was a job broken into two segments. They did the angled roofs on our house in the winter and we have flat roofs that they needed to do in summer since the temp needed to be warm for the sealant product. Dmitry went over the required work and initial estimate. He was thorough, honest and patient, answering all of our questions and concerns. The initial date needed to be 90 days from date of estimate due to their busy schedule at the time. However, when that time came, they actually contacted us without needing to be reminded. Vitally supervised the actual job. They showed up every day at 8am SHARP. In the dead of winter! They worked 12-13 hour days except for a couple days that I needed them to go home a little earlier (how many times have you ever had to ask a contractor to actually work a shorter day?) . They finished the complete tear off and roof replacement on both houses in a little over a week. Their work was thorough and they were clean. Every day they left the job they cleaned up. Come summer, they again contacted us to schedule the flat roof work. They showed up on schedule every day and did an amazing job again. Vitaly answered any and all questions and was available pretty much 24/7 for any issues or tweaks that needed to be done. When the job was finished, Vitaly reviewed what was done and answered any and all questions. He was not in a hurry to leave and didn’t want to go until he knew we were satisfied and happy, which we were! The following day, Dmitry came by again just to make sure everything was good and to answer any remaining questions. The work was beautiful and I have to say after having contracted more work than I care to recall over the years, Dalex was the best, most reliable, cleanest, most honest, most thorough and polite company I have ever worked with.

Dalex did a complete roof tear-off on my late 19th century house. The roof was in a very bad shape with several layers of shingles, much worse than what I thought when I bought the house 5 years ago. It was a challenge and the Dalex crew did an amazing job. They were thorough, made sound decisions as a few additional construction flaws were discovered and found the right solutions. This was not just about putting on the new roof but dealing with the roof construction problems for an old house in the historic district. The workers always showed up at 8 am and worked almost through sunset. Incredible work ethic, diligence, and they were always professional. A special shutout to Ahmed, a hard working and very knowledgable foreman. Vitaly also did a terrific job supervising the work, if not on site, he was always accessible by phone. In the end he went above and beyond, personally coming back and fixing a problem with the downspouts that a subcontractor installed. Dmitry Dedovets gave an honest estimate and was pleasant to work with in planning the work. He also stopped by and the entire Dedovets family, including their Dad who made sure the cleanup was done right, is the best example of what the family business should be. We are truly lucky to have them in our area. I am also an avid rose gardener and I was amazed that not a single cane, let alone entire shrub, was damaged. I expected some damage, but the amount of care they took to protect my garden around the house was beyond any expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them without any reservations to anyone needing a roof job done. A++
