The only reason why this organization got one star from me was because I was unable to comment with a zero star rating. The sales representative who came to my home promised me superior service and guaranteed that I would be able to make monthly payments for the Gutter Helmet installation. THIS WAS A BLATANT LIE! when the installers arrived, not only did they not initially announce their presence, but they proceeded to give me "suggestions" regarding home improvements they felt would be "beneficial to my property value". In addition they also wanted to tack on additional charges for the Gutter Helmet system that I had already given a $900 deposit for. They stated that there were some things that the sales representative had "left out". I obviously declined. Not only did the install team damage the outdoor lights above my deck, but they also displaced some wiring for my security system around the perimeter of my room. Perhaps this was in retaliation for me not accepting their "offer" for additional work to be done. About two weeks later I received a very unpleasant phone call from Jayne Mack, the controller from the organization stating that there was a balance due and it needed to be paid immediately. I advised the individual that I was told by the sales representative that I would be able to make monthly payments. She stated that this was not the case and the balance would need to be paid in full in order to avoid further collection actions. Of course I was thoroughly disgusted but ultimately had to bite the bullet and pay the remaining balance of $1500. I will definitely say that if I had to do it all again I would NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH GUTTER HELMET AGAIN. They lie, cheat, and basically steal from their customers. It's a shame that this type of "business" is allowed to operate.

My mother just had Gutter Helmet installed. So far, they have worked great! She won't be calling me to clean out her gutters in the future. I hate climbing ladders.
