Bannister Custom Exteriors replaced my roof in a timely manner, did a great job and the jobsite was always cleaned up every day. I highly recommend them.

The young men who are currently working on my roof have no regard for our time, our personal property or our privacy. A start date was agreed upon for Monday, July 1st. Imagine my surprise abruptly waking at 6:30 am on Thursday, June 29th to sounds of banging and hammering away, along with one of them staring into my bedroom! By far the eeriest feeling imaginable. Same situation today, June 30th. This, after working very late into the night and needing to sleep past 6am. has infuriated me. And to top it off, they completely trampled my flower bed with their trucks. Absolutely no apologies or concern. I can't say they're doing a bad job on the roof, but after this I would never use them.
