Put up new siding around my house, my shed and inside my screen room attached to my house. They did an amazing job. The men were very careful around my flower beds and always cleaned up before leaving. They also did my sons house and it was another amazing job.

Last Summer B&B Siding replaced the windows in my house and then installed insulation and new siding. They did a good job so my issue (hence the single star) is not with B&B per se. The real issue is that they outsource the gutter work to a company called "Lopes Gutter" - and this outfit did very sloppy work installing the gutters, the final step in a major renovation. After the work was finished I noticed that water was dripping from the roof over my porch on to my stairs rather than flowing into the gutters - the gutters were apparently installed *under* the roof shingles. This resulted in my steps being a skating rink as this happened in the Winter. Each time I complained Daniel Lopes of Lopes Gutter responded a short time later - saying they had come by and now the problem was fixed. It wasn't. Finally I insisted they fix the gutter on a day I was home. Daniel sent two men who spoke almost no English. I had no way to communicate as I am woefully ignorant of Spanish. The guys worked all day and it appears they finally nailed it. Problem solved? No. Earlier this week, I noticed my security camera on the rear of the house was malfunctioning to the point the image was so blurred as to be useless. I investigated and it is because the gutters on the rear of the house were installed under the flat roof. Basically my security gear went swimming. The camera is weatherproof but it isn't a submarine. I complained to B&B as Daniel of Lopes Gutter didn't answer his phone and his voicemail was full. B&B reached Daniel's wife and s/he offered to fix it "next Tues or Weds" - I said no, NOW. Fix it now as the rain is doing damage. Finally they said Daniel himself would come after the weekend. This will cost me a day of work - to take Monday off - and if it rains between today (Friday) and Monday more damage will be sustained. As it is I have to pay to replace my security equipment - and do the repairs/reinstallation myself. I can not recommend B&B as long as they continue to farm out work to Lopes Gutter. In fact, I'd recommend customers look elsewhere. ADDENDUM: a short time after I wrote this review an employee of B&B came to my house. He took some pictures of the problem and said he'd be back "Monday or Tuesday." Had a proper job been done on the first iteration B&B would have gotten a positive review. That didn't happen and the problems persist. Beware.

Don't waste time with anyone else. This company treats you like family. Fast estimate with no added sales pressure - provided all details of job. Provided locations to visit to ensure our color choice was perfect. Evaluated existing insulation was perfect and 'saved us money'. Workers were courteous, neat and treated our house like their own. [they found & fixed a small leak in my roof - prevented future damage]. Kamil and Laurie responded to every call promptly as if we were family.
