AMAZING! My grandmother is dealing with a leaky chimney and is stressing about it. Her previously used roofing company couldn’t get to her until August. She informed them that she is really worried something damaging could happen in the meantime, however she understands with these storms roofers are very busy and that if there were ANYTHING they could do it would be so much appreciated. The receptionist didn’t give much a reply besides the soonest is August take it or leave it. I live in St. Bernard and drive past Walter St. Clair Roofing on the daily. I told my Gma I would give them a call in hopes they could help out. Kathy who answers the phone was absolutely AMAZING! Like every other roofer in town Walter St. Clair is slammed! I told Kathy our situation and she informed me she would do her absolute best to help us out. She related to my situation (being a grandmother herself) I was desperate to call my Gma and reassure her that someone would be able to help. Sure enough Kathy and the workers pulled through! Did I mention they are down a man who recently had back surgery?! Still, somehow they have found the time to squeeze us in! I have never called a company and spoke to someone as compassionate as Kathy is and I’m taking a good guess that the roofers are the same. Thanks to Walter St. Clair Roofing I don’t have to worry that my Gma would potentially be stressed until her original appt. date of August given by the prior roofing company. They really lifted a weight from mine and her shoulders. Thanks again!!!! The best service of any roofing company in town. If you have an emergency they will get to you as soon as possible. If you just need a repair that is what they will do. They also will access your roof with any potential problems, and explain everything, and answer any questions. They are honest, and caring people. Good pricing and Quality workmanship.

Great and efficient job done on sealing around a vent in the roof and placing a cap on top of the vent. No leaking water since the work was done. The price was right, too. I highly recommend this company. Now I await a quote on gutter guards.
