Do not use this company or any company ran by Eddie Santos. Be sure to check their drivers license before hiring as they have really messed up a lot of roofs in the Youngstown Ohio area and Akron area. I gave this four stars to attract attention so that people would read this. Actually he should get zero stars. He did not do my roof to code, 2 1/2 years after doing A complete tear off ,New wood,The works I just cover all the nails in my cubby of the Cape Cod home completely rusted and dripping water onto all my totes of Christmas ornaments etc. I called him ,sent pictures and of course got the runaround and finally he was very hateful and mean and started threatening me.I had two other companies come to evaluate my roof as the front of the house was buckling, and they both said the same thing it needs completely ripped off and re-done. I’m not done with him yet, he thinks he could rip people off and skip from town to town ,state to state. He’s going to wind up in jail. Feel free to contact me for more info. Just one more company that doesn't keep their word, answer calls and also ignores your calls. Had to call from another phone, then he picked up. When I said you were supposed to be here last Tuesday, he said I'm sorry I forgot. And then he said I was going to call you last night. This was over a two week span. Constantly getting ignored. And then he was supposed to come back again and I've not seen him. :/
