Called Muth after some minor wind damage. They did a lot of leg work with the insurance company on our behalf to ensure we got a quality roof. We ended up getting a fantastic ironclad roof with a great warranty and premium gutter protectors at a really great price. It was a very smooth process that could have been a real headache. My dad hired Muth about 3 years ago to replace his old roof and he told me about their maintenance plan. I liked the idea since my roof - installed by a local competitor not long before - still gave me problems. So I hired Muth to replace the competitor's roof on my upper story. I asked for extra attention because I was frustrated to be paying for a new roof after only 12 years. Muth knew the correct technology to use, they paid attention to detail, they did some extra work to make the appearance nice, and things seem to be fine now. Plus, I feel like the price was fair. I called Muth again about 2 months later for a leak on the lower story (competitor's roof) and they fit my repair into their schedule within the week. Asking for an estimate on a small repair I thought I may be unlikely to receive prompt service from anyone. I was wrong. Muth was very responsive, returning my voicemail the next business day and happily scheduling an estimate to my schedule. I was asked what was wrong and at the time of inspection Anthony was very thorough in making sure my request was noted accurately and promptly delivered a reasonable estimate fornsuggested services. No one wants to hassle with the roof let alone spend money on it but Muth & Company was affordable and made the process easy.
