This was an insurance Claim that required communication to work well with Windsor, myself and the insurance company. Windsor handled their end of communication with the insurance company efficiently which made life easier for me. Grant and John were great to work with, straight to the point, didn’t waste my time and didn’t even spike my blood pressure. The crew put in work and took the time to make sure that things were done the way that I wanted. I had no issues at all with dealing with the crew, cleaned up as they worked and didn’t leave a mess when they left. Reuben who installed the gutters was awesome. He came in after the siding was complete and took the time to clean up any extra randomness that he could find while he was working. I take a lot of pride in the street that I live on, so do my neighbors and it shows in the manner in which their homes look. The siding that was on the house before was an old, ugly eyesore. I can say that Windsor came in, did a fantastic job and left a beautiful looking house. I can’t count how many times the neighbors have stopped to compliment the work done on the house. Great overall experience. Would hire them again without hesitation.

Very happy with the service we received from Windsor Roofing. We interviewed over 8 different roofing companies. Many inflated not only cost but work that needed to be done. We found Grant at Windsor to be a honest and straight shooter. He even came out to walk the roof with our adjuster. While insurance didn't cover more than a few hundred dollars of the total cost, Windsor gave us a competitive bid and stuck to their promised timeline. They were in and out in two days. Roof looks fabulous. Our newly replaced skylight is awesome. Everything was put back the way they found it with perfect clean-up. Absolutely nothing was left from the mess. They walked the perimeter multiple multiple times to pick up nails (much appreciated) and came back today to fix a board that needed some paint touch up and caulking. Such a professional and nice crew. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Everyone we spoke with was very helpful and professional. We had our roof replaced and the work was scheduled just a couple days after we signed the contract - and was completed in just one day. They kept in great contact throughout the entire process and were quick to answer all of our questions.

After a severe storm came through our neighborhood at the end of May, I noticed that the heat stack vent cap was missing. I called Windsor Roofing and made an appointment for my roof to be inspected to make sure there was no other damage. Grant and John camd out and did a thorough inspection first from my attic and then up on the roof. They did not try to oversell anything to me-they said my roof is in great shape and all they needed to do was replace the heat stack vent cap. After replacing it, they sealed and painted the heat stack. It was so refreshing to work with a company who provided honest answers and fantastic service. I highly recommend Windsor Roofing!
