Our experience with Kurt and his team was flawless. We replaced an antique window in the front of our home. We now have a lovely Marvin window that enhances the appearance of our home and functions efficiently. The time and genuine professionalism spent with us made the entire job easy. We have referred this company to several neighbors all of whom feel the same way. In this world to find and honest company is a rare find. Trust them with your improvements you will be pleased.

Last week we had our siding replaced, and the amount of damage done to our personal property during this project was ridiculous! Just 3 weeks prior we had done major landscaping projects around our home. My husband had told the workers that if anything needed to be moved out of their way, to let him know and he would move it. They said "everything was fine where it was". The workers from KD Yoder literally just trampled everything with absolutely no regard for our personal property. They set their lifts right on top of our landscape trim, breaking it in several places, trampled brand new plants and bulbs that were just starting to grow, destroyed landscape lighting and tore 5 (FIVE) window screens in our home. I watched one worker take a large ladder that he was no longer using and just throw it on top of our shrubs, breaking branches off. They have offered to pay to replace the damaged items once we go out and buy new and provide receipts. What about our time to drive all over to find the replacements for what they carelessly destroyed. What about our time to rip out all the broken landscape trim and lighting and install new ones all over again. I haven't been able to find the exact rose bushes that they literally stepped on, crushed and killed, so I guess I just lose out on that one. Can't provide a receipt for something I can't find. This was an extremely bad experience.

We had Kurt and his team to our old house several times to replace windows, doors, shutters and gutters. They respond quickly and their work is outstanding. Another contractor had recommended Kurt to me and I was so grateful! I have referred Kurt to many friends in Upper Arlington.

KD Yoder installed a bathroom window and an egress window on our 3rd floor. The crew was quick, efficient and cleaned up the mess. Good price and the workmanship was excellent! We are very pleased and would recommend.
